Gong Sound Therapy & Meditation
Earsham Hall will be holding regular experiential Gong Sound Therapy & Meditation sessions . Come along and experience the beautiful sounds of the gongs and drift further into relaxation after listening to a guided meditation led by Gill Wright. These energy experiences help you to relax, heal and rejuvenate on a physical, mental and emotional level. Please bring mats, blankets and pillows for your own comfort as you lie in the historic surroundings of the rooms at Earsham Hall, listening to calming guided meditations and bathed in the vibrations and energy of the gongs. Blissful, peaceful energy to soothe the soul! We look forward to seeing you!
