TRADITIONAL HOG ROAST
We use a traditional spit roast, and only the best local pork. Your meat will be slow cooked, on-site, and served by our staff. We will fill a freshly cut roll for your guests and they can then help themselves to homemade apple sauce.
WOK-STYLE STIR FRIED VEGETBLES
Using a traditional style wok station we will cook a variety of vegetables (eg, peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, onions) in garlic and ginger and serve alongside a sweet green Thai style curry sauce.
